We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Hines crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Hines crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Hines calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Hines foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Hines crews handle most.
A flooded Hines basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Hines tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Hines after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Hines basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Hines crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Hines jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
